Principal's Desk
I begin with the words of the Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen , “ Education helps build human capabilities, help to find a voice in society and to make choices too” It is very important for us to spruce up our education system to enable it to address the new set of problems , like terrorism , disease , poverty , rape , human rights and so on. These are the core issues that we need to bring awareness to our children as they will be carrying forward the mantle of whatever we have worked for today.
Essentially education seeks to discover the talents and skills among our children to inculcate in them the spirit of enquiry and sharpen their mind towards the demanding concerns of contemporary times. This enables them to understand global issues, appreciate different perspectives and offer feasible solution to resolve conflicts. Not only this, it also awakens them towards the pressing needs of the current times like conservation of environment maintenance of ecological balance and sustainable energy. This concern requires dedication, perseverance and commitment towards naturalism to repair the depleting resources and leave behind for our generation enough resources for their sustenance.
John Sloan Dickey: “The end of education is to see man made in whole both in competence and conscience. For to create the power of competence without creating corresponding direction to guide the use of that power to bad education. Furthermore competence will finally disintegrate apart from conscience.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. The aim of education is the knowledge not, not of facts but values .education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepares for it today. An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
Education is not preparation for life. Education is life itself – John Dewey.
Education forms compassionate leaders with a sense of the sacredness of the Human person and human life. It is the need of the hour. Hence, we all are educators join hands, cooperate and work together as one family.
